Custom Mobile App Development in Singapore
Your team needs something on their phone that the App Store does not sell. We build it.
What we build
Most apps we build fall into three categories.
Field tools put your workflows on a phone. Check-in capture, site inspections, delivery confirmations, incident logging. The phone goes where the work is. Supervisors see what is happening without waiting for someone to fill in a form back at the office.
Internal operations apps replace the workarounds your team has accumulated. A custom inventory screen, a job scheduling tool, a portal your staff actually use because it fits how your business runs. These are usually built as iOS apps deployed privately, without going through the App Store.
Customer-facing apps give your clients something to hold. Loyalty programmes, service booking, order tracking. When you want more control than a third-party platform gives you, or when your workflow does not fit inside someone else's template.
On the technical side, we build native iOS. That means real App Store deployment with TestFlight for internal testing, or private enterprise distribution for tools that never need to be public. Mobile web apps (accessed through a browser on a phone) are also an option when the use case fits, and we can advise on which approach makes sense for your situation before any work starts.
Where a custom app beats off-the-shelf
Generic field-service software is built for the average customer. If your workflow matches what the vendor assumed, it will probably work. If it does not, you will spend time either adapting your process to fit the software, or paying for features you do not use while missing the ones you need.
A custom app tends to win in four situations.
Non-standard workflows. Your check-in needs a GPS verification tied to a specific fence around a client site. Your inspection form has conditional logic that no off-the-shelf form builder supports cleanly. The standard tool was built for someone else's process.
Offline capture. Field teams often work in basements, warehouses, or locations with poor connectivity. Apps that rely entirely on a live connection fail in those conditions. A custom build can be designed to capture and queue data until a connection is available.
Integration with your own back office. Generic tools export CSV files or connect to a handful of popular platforms. If your records live in a proprietary system, a custom app can speak directly to it. Data does not need to be transcribed or reconciled by hand.
Data residency. If your business handles information that should not leave Singapore, a custom app can be built with data stored on Singapore servers by default. Off-the-shelf SaaS will often store data wherever the vendor's infrastructure sits.
That said, off-the-shelf software is the right call when your needs are standard and the vendor has already solved the problem well. We will tell you plainly if that is the case.
How we work
The process for a mobile app follows the same steps as our other builds, with one adjustment worth noting: clients worry most about losing visibility once development starts. We address that from day one.
One call to agree scope. No lengthy discovery engagement. We listen to the workflow, ask the questions that change the build, and confirm what we are making. A fixed price is agreed before any work starts. If scope changes, we discuss it before touching the budget.
A live link from week one. Within the first week, you have something you can open on a phone. It will not be finished, but it will be real. On mobile projects this matters more than on web projects because the gap between a mockup and a working app can be hard to judge. Weekly demos of the actual product follow until delivery.
Typical delivery in 4 to 10 weeks. The range depends on scope. A focused field tool with a clear brief lands closer to four. An app with multiple user roles and a more complex back end takes longer. We give an honest estimate upfront.
Full handover. When the project is done, you receive the code, all documentation, and every credential. Nothing is held back. There are no exit fees if you want to take the code elsewhere.
12 months of defect support. If something breaks because of a bug in what we built, we fix it. Next business day response, no additional charge for the first year.
On security: TLS in transit and at-rest encryption are standard on every build. Client data is stored in Singapore by default. Automated backups run on hosted systems. IP is assigned to you in the contract.
Tell us what is broken.
One call to scope it. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
